Introduction

These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by Prestigious Software. Project work is also governed by the proposal or agreement you sign with us; if the two conflict, the signed agreement wins.

Proposals and payments

Fixed-scope projects are priced in a written proposal and invoiced in milestones. Monthly plans are invoiced in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

• Invoices are due within 14 days unless agreed otherwise
• Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately
• Prices on this website are indicative and confirmed in your proposal

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the code, designs and content we create specifically for you. We may reuse general know-how and open-source components, which remain under their own licences.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and any content or access we need to deliver the work, and to use our services lawfully.

Liability

We take care to deliver reliable software, but to the extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the related work in the previous three months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply from the date shown at the top of this page and do not affect signed agreements already in place.
